The Sonic Nest is a sonic sanctuary for healing and wellbeing using frequency and sound to heal the body on a cellular level. It is an invitation to re-connect with yourself, let go of stress and expectations and find a deep sense of inner peace.

The idea behind the Sonic Nest was to create a sonic universe to dive into at any moment when you feel the need. It is a compilation of sound meditation classes, private sessions, workplace wellbeing as well as musical journeys you can access easily through any streaming device. Wether it is guided sound journeys or restful soundscapes this is your place to rest and receive.

The Sonic Nest was created by Olivia Pauline, experienced yoga teacher and sound healing facilitator from Sweden. Her first encounter with sound healing was during a yoga class on the beach in Mexico about 5 years ago. Her first experience of feeling the frequencies vibrate through her body had a very strong impact and planted a seed that has been growing and evolving since. She then traveled to Nepal where she bought her first Himalayan singing bowl and started exploring the wonder of sound and frequency.

Having lived in Amsterdam and spending a lot of time in Ibiza she was inspired by other sound practitioners in these places. After experiencing a burn out in 2024 she turned to sound healing as a tool for recovery and fully realised the positive impact of the healing frequencies. She then bought her first crystal singing bowls and started a course with Shift Mediation to become a certified sound therapy practitioner.

After returning to Stockholm she felt the urge to take her learnings to Sweden and create a space to continue exploring sound and sharing it with others. Slowly the concept of the Sonic Nest became clearer and started to manifest. Using her experience as a vocalist and electronic music producer, Olivia started creating soundscapes to be used for rest, meditation, yoga and sound healing.

This is a journey ongoing and you are invited to share in the exploration and growth together with the Sonic Nest.
